How can I get support if I am having difficulties?

Support is available under the 'Settings' heading on the top menu, then click 'Support'. Select either ‘Admin Support’, ‘Technical Support’  or  'Personal Support'.

If you need Admin Support, select ‘Admin Support’ from the drop-down menu, fill in the form, and click ‘Send’, an email will be sent to your Coaching Champion.

If you need Technical Support, select ‘Technical Support’ from the drop-down menu, fill in the form, and click ‘Send’, an email will be sent to the mye-coach support team. 

Please provide as much information as possible about the problem as this will help the support team investigate and fix the issue. If possible, please provide:

  • your web browser and version (Internet Explorer 7/8/9 etc..)
  • the version of mye-coach you are using (the version number is at the bottom right of the page)
  • the web address or url (if possible) where you found the problem

If you need Personal Support, select ‘Personal Support’ from the drop-down menu, fill in the form, and click ‘Send’, an email will be sent to someone in  your Human Resources (HR) or Learning & Development department in your organisation.
