How do I check if I already have an account?

If you think you have an account, first of all try logging on.

If it does not accept your email address and password, click on the ‘Need help logging on?’and follow the process to ‘Reset your Password’.

If the system does not recognise your email address, you do not already have an account and you will need to 'Register'. See 'How do I register?'
