How do I find out if an email has reached a recipient or was undeliverable?

The system has automated processes that check for email bounces or rejections.

To find out if a system email has been delivered or not, go to 'Settings', then 'My Email Reports'.

Any emails within the last month will be listed. Click on 'View' to view the email, or 'Resend' to send it again.
