Go to 'Community', then 'Forum' and all the posts will show.
Find the post you are interested in and click on its Title, then click on 'Follow tags', any Tags associated with the post will display.
Click 'follow this tag' for each of the tags you are interested in and then click 'Save preferences'.
The Tags will now show in 'Followed Tags' in 'My Forum'.
