Login to mye-coach, then from the top menu click on 'Programmes', then 'My Requests', then 'Make a New Development Request'.
Fill out the ‘New Development Request’ form with details of the number of hours needed, any budget requested, who will authorise your request for Coaching/Mentoring (your Sponsor/Line Manager) and the specific Coaching/Mentoring you need.
Then click the ‘Submit Request’ button.
A request for Coaching/Mentoring email will be sent to your Sponsor/Line Manager.
You will be notified by email if the Sponsor/Line Manager approves the request.
An automatic email will then be sent to your Coaching Champion/Administrator.
Once the Coaching Champion/Administrator has approved the request, you will be notified by email and you can then login and search for a Coach/Mentor.
If you are not ready to send your request yet, you can save your request as draft and come back later to finish and submit it.
