I have not received an email with my login details, what should I do?

When  you register, if you are part of an organisation, you may need to be approved by your organisations Coaching Champion before you are sent your login details. If this is relevant a notice will have displayed when you submitted your registration form.

First of all check any Spam or Junk folders in case the email has gone in there by mistake.

Then check with your Coaching Champion; if they have approved your registration, they can check the 'My Email Reports' within the system to see if the details were correct and the email was sent.

If the email was sent it might be that the email has got stuck in your organisations Spam filter. You should ask your IT department to add mye-coach@mye-coach.com to the safe senders list. Once this has been added, the Coaching Champion can resend the message.
