Click on 'Programmes' from the top menu, then 'My Requests' - all requests will show.
Click on 'View' to see the request details, then 'Accept Request' (or 'Decline Request') from the left hand menu.
You will be asked to confirm you want to accept the request and then set up a programme.
If you choose to cancel the request, it will remain on your request list as 'Awaiting Match'.
