To close a Relationship, click on 'Relationships', then 'My Relationships' and 'View' the relevant programme.
Then click on 'Close Programme' from the left hand menu.
You will get a warning that you about the close the Programme, explaining that data may be lost.
If you still want to close the programme, click the 'Close Programme' button on the page.
