How do I complete a Questionnaire, if I'm sent one?

If you do not have a mye-coach account yet, you will initially be sent an email with a unique link to your Questionnaire.

This unique link allows you to answer the questions.

If however, you lose that email, please contact a member of your Administration team to resend the link to you.

If you do have a mye-coach User account, you will see links to your pending questionnaires via your profile or via your dashboard.
