If your 'Development Request ' has been approved, you can now add Coaches/Mentors to your 'Shortlist'.
Click 'Community', then 'Search Coaches (or Mentors)' and all the Coaches/Mentors that are available on the system for you to choose from will be listed.
Click on their names to see their details, and decide whether to either add them to your shortlist by clicking 'Add to Shortlist' on the left hand menu or click the 'Search Coaches (or Mentors)' button to return to the list of Coaches/Mentors search page.
The 'Search Coaches (or Mentors)' page will show which Coaches/Mentors you have added to your shortlist (those with the 'Remove from Shortlist' button) and those not added (those with 'Add to Shortlist' button).
Next to each Coach/Mentor there is also a 'Select' button. Click on the 'Select' button when you have decided which Coach/Mentor you want to approach.
