Once you are registered on the system and your request for Coaching/Mentoring has been approved, you then need to search for Coaches/Mentors on the system.
You simply view the Coaches/Mentors available and create a shortlist.
Then you contact your preferred Coach/Mentor through the system.
The Coach/Mentor then decides if you are a suitable 'Match' for them and if so, sets up a formal Programme for you.
