When your Development Request has been approved by your Sponsor/Line Manager and / or Coaching Champion, you will receive an email.
Login and click 'Community', then 'Search Coaches' and all the Coaches that are available on the system for you to choose from will be listed.
If too many results show you can filter your search by the name or email address in the search term box, or select a specific location from the drop-down box.
If you know the name of the Coach/Mentor you are looking for or are looking for an specific grade or expertise you can use the ‘Advanced Search’ to filter your search further.
Click on the Coaches/Mentors name for more details about them.
Return to this page and then either click on ‘Add to Shortlist’ if you are still deciding or ‘Select’ if you want to contact that Coach/Mentor.
This will take you to the next screen to confirm you want to send them an email.
You can then ‘Confirm’ you want to send the email or ‘Cancel’ it, at that stage.
