I clicked on the 'confirm my email' link but I haven't received an email, what should I do?

If you do not receive the emails:

  • There may be a simple delay on the network at the time, so you should allow a few minutes for the email to get through.
  • Check whether you have typed your email correctly
  • Check your spam folder in your email programme just in case the email software filter thinks the email is spam.
  • If you still cannot find the email, then you may need to contact the Network Administrator to:
    • Check the network spam or email filters. Perhaps the email has been blocked by the network's email relay. This sometimes happens with new replications, once the problem has been cleared for one email, all emails from mye-coach will get through. More information about the email, will appear in 'My Email Reports'. This report updates every few hours with any extra information about email 'deliverability'. If the email has been reported 'bounced' or 'rejected' there will be some extra information that you may need to give to your Network Administrator. This will help your Network Administrator identify how to allow to allow emails from mye-coach.com.
