If I am participating in a Programme, can I message my Coach/Coachee through My Messages even if they are not visible to all users and haven't ticked the box 'Users can message me?
As soon as a Programme is created between a Coach and Coachee or a Mentor and Mentee, a connection to allow you to message each other is automatically created without you having to make the request and regardless of your visibility settings.
