What does the Development Request status ‘Draft’ mean?

A Development Request with the status of 'Draft' has been created and saved by the Coachee/Mentee but not sent to Sponsor/Line Manager.

To edit it, view the request then click ‘Edit Request’.

To delete the Request, click ‘Delete Request’.
