The 'My Messages' area shows all your conversations between yourself and other users on mye-coach that you are connected with and any messages from the Administrator.
It is also where you can send a message to another user on mye-coach.
You may find mye-coach messaging useful for informal guidance and advice from other users as this area is private.
You need to be connected with a user before you can send a message or have a conversation.
