Why do I need to include my qualification level and expertise as a Coach or Mentor?
You need to include your qualification level as we are keen to ensure only quality Coaching and Mentoring takes place, therefore you have to be to the minimum standard of ILM 5 (or equivalent) for Coaching and relevant experience for Mentoring.
