The New Resources on your home page is a notification of resources that someone else has added.
Once you click on the New Resources, you will be able to see what resources have been added with the envelope symbol.
Click on the envelope symbol and it will take you to the resource.
Click on 'View File' to open the file and it will then be removed from your New Resources on the Home page.
