Go to 'Forum'
Click on 'Ask the Community', add a 'Title' and any additional information, then select a Tag by starting to type the word.
If the appropriate word appears, select it.
If the Tag you want does not appear, finish typing the word, then add a comma (,) and the word will be added to the Tag library.
