How do I share a Resource?

You can only share a resource if you have a Programme set up and before you can share a resource, you firstly need to add it to your 'My Resources' section. See [How do I add documents to My Resources?].

As a Coachee or Mentee, once the resource is saved in My Resources:

1. Go to 'Programmes', then 'My Programmes'.

2. Click 'View'

3. Click 'Shared Resources' from the left hand menu.

4. Click 'Add a Resource' - any resources you have in 'My Resources' will be listed.

5. Click 'Add to Programme' to share the resource.

6. If no resources are listed, click on 'Add to My Resources' in the left hand menu, to add a resource to your 'My Resources', then follow the process to share the resource.

As a Coach or Mentor,

1. Go to 'Programmes'.

2. Click 'My Programmes'.

3. Click on 'View' for the Programme details.

4. Click 'Shared Resources' from the left hand menu. Any resources associated with the Programme will be displayed.

5. Click 'Add a Resource' to add one of your resources. Any resources you already have in 'My Resources' will be listed.

6. Click 'Add to Programme' to share the resource.

7. If no resources are listed See [How do I add documents to My Resources?].

You can also add resources from the Central resource.

1. Click 'Add a resource from the central resources'. All the resources in the Central resources will display. You can filter the list using 'Search Term', 'Resource Type' or 'Tags'.

2. Click 'Add to Programme' to add it to the Programme.

This will automatically add the resource to the programme and the client will be notified by email and on their home page.
